When you’ve got the so-called president of the United States as part of the lynch mob, some might be inclined to run.

Taking bets that he’s EXITED America and I don’t blame him. Eric Holder has allowed a mob to issue an illegal bounty on his head so he’d be nuts to be in this place that vaguely resembles America.

Considering how long this “investigation” is taking I would say that they are going to make up some charges just to placate the diverse racists.

I agree. The safest thing for her is to charge him. White people don't take to the streets and riot. They sit at the mall or in front of their computers and bitch.

I thought GJ=first degree, where second and third degree murder was not necessary.

Goodness are you serious? “New” information is what she’d have to have to charge him because the old information didn’t even meet probably cause. The fact she is saying there is “new” information is an indication that will be the justification why she found probable cause when there was none before she came on board.

No.

According to Wikipedia, the prosecutor will call a grand jury, if the prosecutor thinks they may have a weak case. It’s to give 12 capable citizens a chance to review the evidence to see if a case can be made to prosecute or not.

If the prosecutor chooses to not call a grand jury, it’s because the prosecutor believes the evidence is clear enough to make a decision on.

He could easily go to whatever country his mother is from or go to Mexico. Heck, I bet most people wouldn’t recognize him as it is the mug shot looking photo that has been blasted everywhere and he really doesn’t look like that now.

If he were going to be charged, she would already have done it.

The pot is going to boil over soon.

Wish I owned a gun and a few cartridges.

Exactly. Every person not black should be up in arms if this man is charged, because this could be YOU! Defending yourself against a black thug and you lose everything; job, kicked out of college, threatened, and probably dragged through the court system and financially ruined. Sad that NOT ONE EFFING political figure on our side has the BALLS to say something strong against this mob.

She’s a “Republican”. Extensive law experience and has tried SEVERAL HUNDRED cases, including 54 homicides. Does she have kids? That might drive her decision, unfortunately. The mob threat looms large over this case.

Martin’s fingerprints? Did Zimmerman ever say that Martin actually touched his gun?

No.

His call to the prosecutor was an offer to answer questions.

He's not talking to his father or to the two lawyers that have been his face in the media.

Why do you think that? Sorry but when you look at Zimmerman’s website asking for money for his defense as well as everyday living expenses, his lawyer’s quitting and supposedly he’s MIA...sounds like they got word charges are coming. IMO

That was my thought.

I think I saw somewhere here on FR that he may have contacted the prosecutor himself (may be one of the reasons his lawyers quit).

I would speculate that she is going to announce that he is voluntarily turning himself in.

The fact she is saying there is “new” information...

From this article, I can't seem to find where the Prosecutor ever said there was "new" information.

Only the headline and the commentary on the statement makes that claim.

Perhaps I missed it. Does anyone have the statement they released?

Yep, they have no more damning evidence against Zimmerman today than they did day one.

I think they need 72 hours to prepare LE and perhaps the NG for civil unrest.

Listen folks, I want to implore each of you. Stay armed, stay frosty and don’t go anywhere alone if you can avoid it.

-- If he were going to be charged, she would already have done it. --

She'll do it first, and have him arrested, BEFORE she announces that he is being charged - if that's her conclusion.

In other words, if she announces that he's being charged, she will simultaneously announce that he is in custody.
