MIAMI (CBSMiami) – George Zimmerman has been charged with second-degree murder for the shooting death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, according to the Associated Press.
Additionally, Zimmerman has been taken into custody, but it hasn’t been revealed where he is being held.
CBSMiami has confirmed that State Attorney Angela Corey, who was appointed as a special prosecutor in the case, will hold an announcement about the charges at 6 p.m. in Jacksonville.

So will this go to trial before the election? Riots, martial law, suspend elections, Obama dictatorship? We have to assume they have a plan for all this. Or is it just because Florida is a swing state?
My theory as to why Trayvon attacked Zimmerman.

My wife and I watched this self-assured arrogant pig of a special prosecutor sing Al Sharpton’s tune, it was disgusting. Based on the black victim mentality and support of it from Obama and Holder, I would think twice about calling the police. Pick up your brass and walk away.

Indeed. She was disgusting. Zimmerman needs a team of fighters for his lawyers. He cannot hope to get a fair trial anywhere for a good long time.

We certainly aren’t. Obama, and his ilk, have taken race relations back by decades.
“Trust” between the races has been deliberately undermined and in some cases, completely destroyed.
In my neck of the woods, I don’t really have to worry about any of this Black radical crap, because there’s only about a dozen Blacks living in my rural county of about 70K. I know 5 of them, an ER doctor, an admissions clerk at our local hospital, a retired businessman, an assistant Chief of Police and a guy in the Coastguard.
However, when we travel across our country, I won’t be able to help from being on guard. Heck, I am on guard anyway, it’s my nature, but now even more.

Goodness you couldn’t be more wrong RE: Casey Anthony. There were different charges the jury could have chosen other than 1st degree murder including 2nd degree murder, aggravated child abuse, or Aggravated manslaughter of a child. They chose nothing except lying to the police.
Yep. Where was he in relation to his vehicle when he started slamming his own head into the pavement as clever cover for his planned cold-blooded murder of the doe-eyed child, Little Trayvon? /very heavy sarcasm
And listening a few minutes ago on fox news to a heretofore unheard (by me) piece of his call to Sanford PD, the call taker asks him if he lives in the neighborhood. Zimmerman says yes. Call taker asks his house address, Zimmerman answers, and then quickly says (para), “darn, I don’t want that going out on radio, I don’t know where this guy is.”
That leads me to believe that Zimmerman DID stop following Martin and no longer knows where he is, shortly before Martin pops back up and starts pummeling the short white hispanic guy.
I am thinking that if there was no charge there would have been riots in the streets and it would have gotten really ugly. If she had charged him with something less then 2nd degree a jury might have found him guilty of that. But she knows he is not guilty so she charges him with something high enough that she is pretty sure a jury would never find him not guilty of.

Just a thought. Information that is in the public eye is rather limited right now. What if autopsy report on Martin indicated he was shot in the back or have some other physical evidence that contradicts Zimmerman's account?
Not taking the Martin/prosecutors side, just seems odd to make a charge of Second Degree Murder based on what information we currently have at hand.
Political pressure and Scott was actually making huge progress toward FL economic situation. I heard him on an interview about six months ago and he sounded like a straight arrow. But not living in the area that’s as much as I know about him and it sickens me that he caved.
Grand Juries are only called when the evidence points to first degree murder (this is only what I’ve read and am by no means a legal authority.)
It’s all disgusting and with this move, I guarantee crimes are going to become more vicious by the oppressed races (their perception/excuse).
And by design, there’s already a march on repelling the Stand your Ground laws. Bloomberg is chomping at the bit along with Schmucky Schumer.
The entire case has been tainted nationwide. And now Zimmerman’s sleazy lawyers have withdrawn from the case. Even left wing loon Allen Durshiwitz (sp) is furious over that.

Because this has been made into a crime about race, the only “unbiased” jury they could give him would have to be composed entirely of Asians or Native Americans.
Verdict to be announced the week before the presidential election.
Hmm, we already got one demonstration in Los Angles. I’m not sure we need another, especially with dear leader in office.
