I thought I was gonna gag when she referred to the Martins as “those sweet parents.” As a prosecuter, shouldn’t she at least attempt to convey an sense of impartiality?

As far as self-defense goes, I would shoot and take my chances. Even after this case. I’m not on Earth to be a happy victim, regardless of what anyone says.

Let me say that I agree that your theory is every bit as good as mine, some might say even more so.

Indeed.

Looking at the map it seems to me that Martin could have easily walked home at the point when Zimmerman loses him. It also seems to me that if Zimmerman found Martin after he had lost him the first time he would have told the dispatcher “I found him!”. It also seems to me that if Martin felt threatened at any time he could’ve called the police. It also seems to me that if Zimmerman intended to confront Martin he would have just pulled up alongside him in his truck instead of pulling his truck over and calling police.

Probably no verdict or even trial by November. Looks like a political move.

when will a politician somewhere stand up for us?

Won't happen. It is what it is. I realize that if some of these goons (of any color) go after me or a family member I'm going to do what I have to do.

We don't need demonstrations. We need to solve the problem. The problem is solved when white people no longer put up with this. The problem is solved when white cultures return to their old roots. Even as recent as the late 80's, Irish and Italians didn't put up with this s--t.

Black trash, white trash, and other trash will soon get the message to stay out of those areas. Good blacks, good whites, and other good people won't have to worry about it.

I doubt he makes it. I can’t imagine him surviving more than a few days, even in county jail.

Politics is in complete control of the legal system, but we all know that.
The cowards in government don't want to tell the child like minds of savages they have had enough *rule of law bending* and can't have any more, but we all know that also.
The savages have no other ambition except to continue being a savage, it's easier than honest work to them and they are now fully encourage by the government, again we all know that.
Evil now permeates every aspect of government, ditto on all knowing that.
Enough of my rant/reality check.
Nuff Said.

Actually I read there has never been a conviction in a case like this where there was all this press involved before the trial began.
IMO they are trying to appease the crowd or the prosecutor somehow believes this was not self defense which would IMO be retarded. If nothing else this may prevent riots.

Your theory makes more sense than Zimmerman being charged with second degree murder, that’s for sure. I feel bad for Zimmerman - unless there is some sort of undisclosed “smoking gun” evidence, the idea that he gets charged with Murder 2 suggests that he has become a pawn in a political game.

There have been two theories presented as to why Trayvon turned on zimmerman.

I don’t know why you say it isn’t likely.

But so okay....I’m done. You may believe what you want.

We can only speculate. The fact that Zimmerman had injuries on the back of his head...the BACK of his head...while Trayvon had none...that fact speaks to me.

Your mileage may vary.

You may have the last word as I’m done.

Corey said the decision to bring charges was based on the facts and the law, declaring: "We do not prosecute by public pressure or by petition."

It is not just political grandstanding. It is appeasement. And it is meant as a pacifier for the racist, anti-whitey crowd. But if or when Zimmerman is found innocent, we’ll be right back where we were before taxpayers had to pay for this bogus trial. And yes, this entire fiasco is meant to warn whitey not to fight back against blacks. Not while Holder is heading the DOJ and not while Obama is in the WH.

......(And Zimmerman ran after him).... until he was told he didn’t need to do that, and then Zimmerman lost Trayvon and headed back to his truck - at which time Trayvon could have walked home and been safely there within 2 minutes..... but instead Trayvon curved around to come behind Zimmerman and initiated a conversation, as both Zimmerman and Trayvon’s girlfriend claimed. Zimmerman says Trayvon then attacked him, and the police say his story is consistent with all the evidence they have - which presumably includes witness statements, 911 recording, Zimmerman’s injuries, the scene of the shooting including ballistics analysis, and Trayvon’s autopsy.

Make sure you tell the rest of the story...

In college a friends brother confronted some punks throwing large rocks over the overpass into the paths of oncoming vehicle. One of them came up behind him and grabbed him by the shoulder/arm. He turned, threw the guy off. The fellow lost his balance, fell, hit his head on guardrail and died.

Because the brother was on the wrestling team, the court deemed his body as a weapon. He ended up doing 10-20 for manslaughter.

Good kid, straight A student vs a drop out punk.

I wonder what Lex got the zot for?

He has been here only two weeks and has spent a lot of that time bashing Zimmerman.

This is interesting -- apparently Corey has an ugly case currently hanging over head that she's trying to kick down the road...very telling that she's trying to elicit a plea from a ["white Hispanic"] 12-year-old that she [over]charged as an adult.

Cristian Fernandez case

"In 2011 Corey's office oversaw a case in which 12-year-old Cristian Fernandez was accused of killing his two-year-old brother. Corey sought and received a grand jury indictment Fernandez on charges of homicide and aggravated child abuse, and decided to try him as an adult.[13] This move, which made Fernandez the youngest person ever to face a murder charge in Jacksonville's history, drew criticism and protests to send the case to juvenile court instead,[14] but Corey held that the juvenile system was inadequate to handle a crime of this magnitude.[15] However, Corey stated she did not intend for Fernandez to stand trial or serve a life sentence, but would rather accept a plea deal.[16] As of February 1, 2012 the defense and prosecution had not agreed to a plea deal, but were still in discussion. A trial was scheduled for February 27, 2012, but was postponed.[17]"

Zimmerman could have run up to Martin, called him the N-word, spit in his face and then slapped him. But the moment Martin got on top of Zimmerman and started to bang his head on the pavement, Martin became the aggressor. Period. You don't like it, change the LAW. Open your doe eyes...

If that's the case, they need to change the stand your ground law.
