Notice: Free Republic has been in full rebellion mode since 2008 and will remain in full rebellion mode for the duration!

No more Doles!! No more McCains!! No more RINOS!!

NO ROMNEY!!

Those who cannot stomach rebellion might as well start looking for a new home on the net!!

Those who have ignored my hundreds of posts on this crucial issue or who have doubted me these last three or four years might as well get used to it. FR will never support the abortionist, homosexualist, socialist, mandate loving, constitution trampling liar Mitt Romney.

In case you haven't noticed, a TEA Party rebellion is on and Free Republic signed on years ago. There is no turning back. No more crap from the GOP-e!! They've screwed us for the last time!! Karl Rove and Mitt Romney, et al, loathe conservatism and loathe the tea party and took it upon themselves to use their money and connections to destroy nearly every one of our conservative tea party candidates while pushing their big government RINOS. That makes them the enemy. I will not reward that betrayal by giving them my support or my vote.

FR is and will remain a pro-life, pro-limited government conservative site!!

We are beholden to NO ONE!! We bow to no kings!! We bow to NO RINOS!!

I'd rather fight and die like a man than bend over and be screwed by a RINO!! I refuse to kiss Karl Rove or Mitt Romney's rings!! They can kiss my rosy red ass instead!!

FUMR!! FUGOP!!

Long live the rebellion!!

Hope my message is clear.

How I wish we had spent the last 3 years holding McCain to his promises rather than watching O keep his.

The plan: Australia, Canada, FEMA camp or shallow grave. Are people really advocating armed rebellion here? A 3rd party would take years to develop, ensuring a total Democrap one party dictatorship for the unforeseen future

You may disagree all day long. I will not vote for a socialist, whether he sports a D or an R.

I held my nose for McCain. Never again. I have sent letters to GOP/RNC putting them on my own personal notuce, I’ll not vote for their socialist candidates. May the GOP die a Whig-like death and a truer conservative party rise from that.

Some people simply aren’t getting it, that a Romney election would truly move us back, not forward.

The GOP has engineered a remarkable lose-lose situation here. Obama wins, we lose because we have four more years of his socialist policies.

Romney wins? We lose, through his failed policies and confused governing - probably lose the WH after four years and many more disaffected voters who vow never to vote GOP again after seeing what they got with Romney.

All of these “lesser of two evils” voters aren’t looking very far ahead. A Romney win might easily be the GREATER of two evils, given the damage and disrespect it could attach to the party.

Also: voting third party DOES make a difference. It builds strength and lends political capital to an emerging movement. I don’t know which should be our choice, exactly, but strategically placed votes can make a difference at a bargaining table later.

A vote for a third party is not a “vote for Obama,” it’s a vote for a third party.

It would be a bigger loss to FR to not have my 21 years of PROFESSIONAL political insight than it would for me not to have a place where I’m afraid to post my point of view.

Oh, my. I had no idea we were in such august company.

By all means, please educate us. We are merely ignorant rubes
and could surely benefit from your PROFESSIONAL political insight.

I really think the obots are ecstatic

They should be careful what they wish for.
A nation that consumes more than it produces will need be rebooted. There's only so much of everyone elses money to be had.

"What if it was Hitler running, saying he’d exterminate 100% of the Jews, but “Mittler” running saying he’d be more selective and only exterminate 85% of them?"

I would think that the other 15% wll be coming along later.

“I’m going to vote for Romney assuming he’s the candidate and I’ll press people to support him instead of helping Obama get elected to a second term.”

So, you admit you support a baby killer/enabler, government healthcare mandater, and gay marriage proponent. Why are you here, pretending to be a conservative?

“If I’m zotted for that, so be it. It would be a bigger loss to FR to not have my 21 years of PROFESSIONAL political insight than it would for me not to have a place where I’m afraid to post my point of view.”

Please, head over to LiberalRepublic.com and let them know your impressive abortion-supporter credentials and you can post your amazing viewpoints there. If there isn’t such a site, please create one so people can catch the pearls of wisdom as they fall from your lips.

I didn’t even know you existed before today, so your insights haven’t been that significant.

Obama’s court appointees WILL be bad. Romney’s court appointees MIGHT be bad

You think o bamas first 2 were far left, you haven’t seen anything yet. wait until you see what he chooses when he doesn’t have to worry about being re-elected. Hell, we may get him for life. He stacks SCOTUS and they find a president can be re-elected forever.

“Whatever Romney is, he isn’t a Marxist and he most certainly does NOT hate the country! Sorry, but that notion is completely unhinged. Romey’s a RINO, but he is not a Marxist.”

ok... so he will actively aid the Marxists out of sheer incompetence.

Heh.. Id rather be able to place the blame and point the resulting rage/anger in the direction of the marxists instead of yet ANOTHER F’ing “incompetent” “republican”...

But.. We know its B.S. Romney and the other GOP-e are not incompetent... They are plain old run of the mill big government, statist Aholes. F’em... They will NOT get my vote or support.

Show me anywhere on this site I have ever promoted Romney.

What I was pointing out is that people here are saying they will never vote for Mitt yet they will vote for another guy who has stated if he was asked he’d be Romney’s VP.

Be a knee-jerk asshole to someone else.

Romney isn’t even the nominee yet and already FR is doing all the DNC’s work by bashing Romney non-stop.
What makes you so sure Romney will even be the nominee?
Are you willing to settle for him already?
Isn't Newt a far better man for the job?
Don't we deserve better as a nation than Mittens?

I'm going to go out on a tin foil limb but I want you to think about this for a minute. Newt stayed in despite all advice telling him to get out. Pretty strange isn't it.
Santorum backs out just as he was gaining the lead and the advantage due to his daughter's illness (who was sick before he decided to run yet he did so anyway). How convenient was that for Mittens and the GOP-e?! He's getting his backside handed to him and suddenly his "strongest" opponent bows out of the race.
IMO it looks like people were being set up to have nobody but Mittens yet Newt somehow managed early on to figure out, or was informed, what was going to happen and he stayed in the fight.
It smells to high heaven of manipulation, FRiend, with Mittens as the only choice left.
I hate being manipulated or herded and there is another choice.
