Actually it would be assault and battery for
touching him. Kidnapping for placing him in
handcuffs and preventing him from moving
freely and I’d suspect a few other charges
might be justified.....and aside from the civil
issue of owing him money these officers committed
felonies....they need to be arrested, charged and
tried, hopefully followed by time behind bars.
