A Secret Service agent shamed the United States after a wild night of babes and booze that ended in an argument with a Colombian hooker over as little as $47.
One of 11 elite agents assigned to ensure President Obama’s protection at a summit meeting in Cartagena, Colombia, was busted after his lady of the evening refused to leave his hotel room in the morning without her fee.
That woman was one of 11 hookers hired by the agents — and the only one who hadn’t left Cartagena’s swank Hotel Caribe, where White House staffers, members of the press and dignitaries are staying during the Summit of the Americas meeting, sources said.

No, it was as simple as a few guys little heads got their big heads in trouble and the other guys went along and they just let their guard down.

First off - we do not know what really happen.
We only know what is being reported.
Remember, the media will lie to protect those they support.
If I believed in conspiracy I would say they where set up. Why, one or more of them pissed off the administration some way or they saw or heard something that they shouldn’t.
Now they are being demonized so that anything they have to say now will be dismissed as sour grapes.
I am waiting for one of these secret service agents to begin leaking information and then we may find out the real story.
I want to see names and faces. This can’t be our Secret Service. The bamster left the SS behind and took his Black Panthers for a South American joyride. I can see them now protecting the prez outside the hotel with their baseball bats.
It also proves that U.S. hookers are smarter than those south of the border. One of ours would have cried rape and soaked up the media rapture.

One of the things that never ceases to amaze me is how Freepers can write thousands of posts about the dishonesty and deception of the media, yet when a sensational and salacious story such as this breaks they accept it simply because their own experience makes it plausible. They simply ignore that cover stories are crafted for maximum plausibility.
As I posted earlier, I don't know any more than the rest of the posters, but this story just smells wrong and MY first inclination is to doubt. I sincerely hope I'm wrong.
It may be just as described, but it also has a whiff of setting things up for a "purge" of the Secret Service and it's chain of command to replace them with people more personally loyal to Obama. IOW, his own Praetorians. We'll just have to wait and see.
Yes! It was Bush’s fault! I saw a story that said this happened before in 2002 and obviously the Bush Administration did not clean it up! One more thing that Poor Barry didn’t know was as bad as it was! ;-)
This sorry episode only proves an old adage. Two organs in a man’s body require large quantites of blood to operate properly, one between the shoulders, the other between the legs. Many men do not have sufficient blood to operate both simultaneously, so when one starts operating, the other must necessarily shut down.
We have a relative who is in the business. There is no doubt the as the security services of SS and State have expanded and there are a lot more guys in the business the drinking and whoring have gotten bad. Plus fights etc. Most of it never is made public, but our relative thinks they should be dry when on assignment overseas, but then half might quit.
At least Ted Kennedy booked a whorehouse in advance!
Considering the historic difficulty in firing civil service employees, the Counterfeit Investigation Offices in Last Outpost, Montana, Calico Rock, Arkansas and Possum Trot, Kentucky will see an increase in personnel shortly. All three locations will soon be devoid of funny money.

Nobody here seems to consider the most obvious explanation - that this was a covert op orchestrated by an enemy power (e.g. Cuba) to embarrass the U.S. and the Obama administration.
On the other hand, our enemies probably love Obama, so scratch that theory.
