That is a good way to see why your locale is suddenly experiencing a heavy increase in government aircraft and vehicles. TFRs are warnings to civil pilots to stay away from locations where top government officials will be visiting. It is worth noting that TFRs have doubled or tripled since Obama has occupied the White House.
