Rubio doesn't close door on VP slot
The Hill ^ | April 22, 2012 | Cameron Joseph

Posted on 04/22/2012 12:17:21 PM PDT by PJ-Comix

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) didn't fully close the door on accepting the vice presidential slot if Mitt Romney asked him.

Rubio, who has repeatedly denied any interest in the slot, said that he wanted to "respect the process" Romney has put in place to make a selection and would no longer address it.

"I'm not going to even discuss the process anymore. I'm going to be respectful of the process he's put in place," said Rubio on CNN'S "State of the Union" on Sunday morning.

The person is “called” a U.S. National in some cases or a U.S. Citizen in other cases. The basis upon which the person is a U.S. National or a U.S. Citizen when the parents were not U.S. Nationals or U.S. Citizens is described as native born citizenship arising from an application of the jus soli or law of the soil doctrine by an Acto of Congress in the form of U.S. statutory law.

Because citizenship derived from a statute can be eliminated in the future by the repeal of the statute, such citizenship is distinguishable from natural born citizenship resulting from natural law requiring no statute that could be repealed in the future.

Sun Yat-sen, President of the Republic of China possessed a fraudulent birth certificate issued to him by the Territory of Hawaii, so the pro-Rubio supporters could argue he was also eligible to the Office of the President of the United States as well as President of the Republic of China. This eligibility fraud is endless. Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain Sir Winston Churchill had a former U.S. Citizen mother. Imagine the claim for a President Sir Winston Churchill.

The Romney family claims they never lost their U.S. Citizenship when they emigrated to Mexico, so they claim Romney Sr. was born with U.S. Citizenship in Mexico. Documentation of those claims had never been forthcoming from the Romneys.

I don’t see where it matters who RINO Romney picks for VP..

Would his choice somehow erase all of the reasons why he should not be in the White House?

“GEE! I’m almost surprised you didn’t mention that Rubio is the Son of Satan.”

SOS: Anyone who would run with Romney—same thing. `SOB’ has been taken.

What is so hard for you people to understand? If you were born on American Soil, you qualify to run for President. No where in the Constitution does it even mention who your parents were. I would suggest you all actually read it. And if you find the parentige issue, quote the actual part of the Constitution VERBATUM.

The reason they did that was because the USA didn’t exist when they were born. I am really beginning to question the intelligence of the people on this site.

Article 2, section one of the Constitution.
?No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”
Nough said.

"What is it called when you’re born in the USA of parents who are not citizens?"

That's "native born" as opposed to "natural born".
