Sheesh, one post about The Fortress, and everyone goes all castle all over me!! LOL!

Hubby has been asking for stuffed eggs for a long time, and I boiled 25 eggs Saturday
for pickling. I ate one (it got mangled when I tried to peel it), and still had four left over.

I made plain curry eggs and topped them with parsley.
(I usually make four different stuffings, curry, bacon, garlic, and mushroom)

One stuffed half is missing because the poison taster had to eat it.
