MOBILE, Alabama -- Mobile police need your help to catch a mob that beat Matthew Owens so badly that he's in critical condition.
According to police, Owens fussed at some kids playing basketball in the middle of Delmar Drive about 8:30 Saturday night. They say the kids left and a group of adults returned, armed with everything but the kitchen sink.
Police tell News 5 the suspects used chairs, pipes and paint cans to beat Owens.
Owens' sister, Ashley Parker, saw the attack. "It was the scariest thing I have ever witnessed." Parker says 20 people, all African American, attacked her brother on the front porch of his home, using "brass buckles, paint cans and anything they could get their hands on."
Police will only say "multiple people" are involved.
What Parker says happened next could make the fallout from the brutal beating even worse. As the attackers walked away, leaving Owen bleeding on the ground, Parker says one of them said "Now thats justice for Trayvon."

Not only will the msm keep it off the front page, they will do everything in their power to surpress it. Failing that, they will spin it to where the victim was the aggressor. The mob merely defended themselves.
His normal response is “With adequate prayer and fasting, all this can be prevented”.

If I may, I wish to concur in the angst you have expressed. My father was also one who worked hard to help the black community. He was a teacher and principal in a Chicago high school on the south side, rough area. (BTW, despite his claims to the contrary, Obama absolutely does not “feel” like a south-sider to me, but I digress). Dad had worked on a two-tier advanced studies program that allowed strong students to excel. These students were creating a steady stream of successful undergraduate and graduate students for nearby colleges and universities. The dream was coming true for these people, escape from the ghetto, escape from poverty, escape from the spiral-down culture of the hood.
Do you know who stopped it all? The parents of the kids who didn’t make it into the advanced study classes. Their kids were not becoming doctors and lawyers like the smart kids, so it just wasn’t fair. Enter Jesse Jackson. Yes, my dad had a personal run-in with Jesse himself. In a face to face meeting with him, my dad was told he was the wrong color to be principal of a black school. With the support of the elder Mayor Daley, Jesse had my dad removed from his principalship and sent downtown to do some crappy budget work for the rest of his career. Dad was a good-tempered man, but after that a broken man, too, with ulcers and no clear vision of why he spent his life on such a good mission, only to be deep-sixed by, well, what do you call people who do such things?
My dad also predicted a race war, based on his in-person observations. Contrary to popular belief, the resentment is not universal, but where it exists it is a deep and focused rage, a spirit of revenge. He spoke of one encounter where a woman told him “you had us in slavery for hundreds of years and we’re going to have you in slavery for hundreds of years.” This is the rage that JJ and the other race-baiters know is there, that provides them with their base of power, prestige and wealth. *They* are the new plantation owners, along with their white enablers. Would to God that God would send these people a new Moses to set them free from the spiritual darkness that holds them. It is the only way out. A true race war, once it starts in earnest, will never end.
I said at the beginning of the Martin/Zimmerman episode that the Martin family needed council from a good Reverend. Unfortunately they got Al and Jesse with a Rev Wright attitude.

No, plain black for me. It’s...intimating. Too big, of course, for a carry weapon. I figure I’ll use the LCP to keep their heads down while I get the real gun. I’m not really much a shooter, but I have a friend who shoots competitive .45. He frequently shoots the XDm over any of his very expensive 1911s. Mine was right at $600 at a gun show. I shamelessly got a couple of vendors competing with other.
Anybody with any sense is going either east or west. In my opinion you made the better choice. Unfortunately, I’m stuck in the Hillcrest Rd. near Old Shell area. Ten years ago, this was a pretty good area. Now it’s not, by any means.

Considering my arms, I can say that I feel very able to defend myself and my loved ones if need be. I know I said that I am fearful of black people at this time, but I have to qualify that statement. I’m not afraid of all of them. I’d say it’s a specific age range of males, and I’ll estimate it @ 15-45.
I list 15 because back in new orleans I saw three black yutes of this approximate age ride by a house on their bikes and emptied three pistols into the broad side of a home that contained two children and a baby. The yutes were hitting on one of the female children there, and they were told to leave by an adult. They came back and did their bike by, which I witnessed from a school roof across the street on which I was working. No one was hurt in this cowardly attack, thank God.
Black children of the age of 15 are a deadly serious threat.
But what I am most fearful of in this situation is not the potential race war we now face, but the reaction of our psychotic federal government once it starts and once citizens are then forced to defend themselves from attack.
I definitely believe that communist radicals in our federal government, including Hussein Obama and Eric the Red, are seeking to create a bottom up-top down-inside out revolutionary scenario.
He's right, that's what you are. Yes, you pointed out an error, which is an understandable error considering that two versions of the same article exist, one lacking any reference to race. Then you made the bolded smart ass comment to boot. That smart ass comment not only assumes the target of it wears glasses, but that they are also out of date. That is why you accurately got called a smart ass.

I carry my XDm in my Crossbreed Supertuck on my right side, and my Kahr CW45 in a Fobus OWB on my left. You’re right, it is quite large for CCW. I have a system, though. Works just fine for me.

If you weren’t so busy gloating and being a smart ass, maybe you would have taken note of the point I was making.
By the way, my response to you was needlessly harsh. It WAS my mistake.

Even if he is voted back in (between fraud and Mitt, a possibility) the celebratory rioting because his reelection will be seen as some sort of 'mandate' to suppress others, could outstrip the voted out riots. I doubt many who cower from the possibility of violence have considered that it may well come, either way.
