At a press conference with the prime minister of Japan this afternoon, President Obama said that Americans haven't excessively celebrated the death of Osama bin Laden, and suggested that Mitt Romney would not have made the decision to kill the terrorist mastermind.

Romeny could cinch this right now. He could publicly tell zero to shut the hell up and to quit compromising our country's greatest assets for political gain.
No pretend what if bullshit; it happened on his watch, the mission was accomplished, shut the hell up and let our special operations continue on their missions.
Now let it go.

I remember the Hilldebeeste with her hand to her mouth. Later she said she was having an asthma attack. Wasn’t there some story about there wasn’t any picture they were looking at, like it was a fake photo-shoot?

And your plan is...?

Not what you WON’T do. What WILL you do?

What is your plan?

I don’t like Mitt. But I will give Mitt credit, He would have OK’d the hit on OBL with fewer strings than zero placed on the operation.

If RINOmney’s legal team told him it wasn’t legal, he probably would not have killed Bin Laden...

Obama had better hope that AQ doesn't attack us again in retribution for OBL's death. Spiking the football has consequences.

I wonder how much credit Obama will take if AQ or the MB issues a fatwah against Obama and his family that will follow them the rest of their lives. Salman Rushdie still runs around in fear of his life. Obama is not too bright.

IF bin Laden is in fact dead - and I pray to God our people weren’t that stupid - Obama didn’t kill him. Members of our intelligence and military communities are due that honor, not the bozo-in-chief.

This from the man who took 16 hours to make a decision that virtually any other person would have known was right to make in the first minute after they heard the proposal......

This is really unwise politically for Obama and making it about Romney instead of himself alone - he could have spun this to be solely a positive for him but trying to use it to say Romney would not have done the same thing dilutes the potential benefit to him - I don’t think most people will buy what he’s trying to sell here.

He is pushing this so hrd because it is the ONLY thing he has “done” that the American people approve of. The only thing.

"To me, he looked angry. Furious."

You are onto something. Obama has a temper. Remember this interview:

President Obama chides reporter from Texas TV station

I am convinced this is Obama's Achilles heel. In a debate, it could be his undoing. Find the issue which triggers the anger, hit it again, and again and again. Obama looses his "cool". Then after the debate, drive home the point about Obama loosing his cool, and his image as the cool, unemotional, "Mr Spock" starts to unravel.

I don’t understand what he is trying to achieve with this. No undecided voter would ever believe his hypothesis. And I would think his smirking about killing an enemy of America would hurt his with his base, on the margin.

For months we heard nothing but non-stop cries about the horrible inhumanity of putting panties on the head of naked terrorists. Bush was the worst war criminal of all time. Yet 0bama orders drone strikes against terrorist and Americans accused of terrorism. Death without due process is somehow less morally wrong than panties on the head? And that ignores the inevitable collateral damage from the drone strikes.

I guess if you are morally bankrupt you can write morality checks all day long and no one on the left utters a peep.

I remember that story... and I would personally believe it. Everything that comes from them is filtered, scrubbed, edited, and/or faked. Just like the government-media did with the Zimmerman story.

The whole Obamalamadingdong regime is a comedic farce led by Joe Biden. Here in Australia I’m constantly asked “How could you put someone like that in office?” I can only respond with “Our media put him there”

Remember the contrast: when OBL was killed, Obama's announcement was all about praising himself. When Saddam Hussein was captured, GWB's message was all about praising the soldiers who accomplished it.

If Clinton had taken OBL when the government of the Sudan offered to hand him over, 9/11 might never have happened. Clinton even acknowledged (on tape) that he was offered OBL. Bush could have used that for political advantage but was too high-minded to do so. Nothing is beneath Obama.

You got that right, grrrrr. And, they continue to treat him with kid gloves and like a special quota hire, gently and without mentioning any of his numerous goofs, “mis-speaks,” or snark/vitriol toward his enemies.
