Republican House leaders are finally holding Attorney General Eric Holder accountable for some of his actions. Representative Darrell Issa, chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, drafted a 48-page contempt of Congress citation against him. The charge? Oh those nasty republicans....oh dear.
If they serve it, guess who has to adjudicate it?
Covering up treason is hard work. Just ask Eric Holder.
Meanwhile, the Dems led by E.Cummings are screaming racism and bouncing off the walls.
H0lder is more than worthy of all sorts of contempt (for decades of offenses).
The jurisdictions where F&F occurred could file felony murder charges. When he is out of office he will have to face them all. It would seem a premeditated murder case to me. I want on that jury though I have already formed a well-informed opinion.

Yesterday (Sunday) I had the opportunity to ask the House Majority Whip in person when he, the Speaker, and the Majority Leader were going to support a contempt of Congress citation against the Attorney General for Fast and Furious. Representative McCarthy confirmed that the draft for a citation had already been written and that the next action had to be taken by the (House Oversight and Governmental Affairs) Committee. He also said that he saw a citation by the full House occurring.
The problem with suits against agencies is that we citizens are on the hook. I want the goobermint officials personally financially and crimminally liable. Holder first or maybe 0bama too. Murder one!
According to the experts at Fox news, the DOJ is responsible for adjudicating it.
“Preparing” is a lot different than “serving” the contempt charges. When that happens ( a BIG “maybe”), what will come of it? More than likely NOTHING!
Damn cowards.
