The struggle many Evangelicals have is spending tens of thousands of dollars on preps that could be given to the church or to charities.Why spend tens of thousands of dollars on prepping (saving) for retirement when that money could be given to the church or to charities?

Why buy insurance? I guess those that do, must not have strong faith? In fact I wonder how many churches themselves carry property insurance? Those churches must be weak in their faith.
