The Obama campaign slammed Mitt Romney Monday for not confronting a supporter who said during a town hall event in Cleveland that the president should be tried for treason. Getting hit where it hurts, eh?

This is probing fire.
Obama is trying to determine just how truthful and tough Romney will get in this fight.
Will Romney fight back...or simply roll over like McCain?
To: kristinn
Evidently, Obama believes Romney is one of his surrogates and should defend him.
Then again, maybe I’m the fool for assuming he’s not.
To: kristinn
McCain would have said “You don’t have to be askeered of him. He is a fine man.”

I am sure she has a super audit in her future.
To: kristinn
He should be tried for treason. Or at least sedition. The problem is how to decide which issue to try him on.

Remember all those times Obama publicly denounced the people who called for Bush to be tried for treason while he was in office?
No?
Oh wait. That’s because he didn’t.

Say what you will about Romney but at least in this instance, he's no John McCain. McCain would have been falling all over himself to admonish someone for stating something like that. And he's have never answered the question.
I myself would like to ask Romney if he will reverse 99% of the Executive orders this POS Obama has written.

I've had just about enough of the “word police”. Freedom of speech means just that. Romney didn't say anything because these were her thoughts not his and as far as treason is concerned we have no proof that he isn't treasonous (Officially). Also, in defense of Romney and the lady at the town hall, the hatemongers on the left spew such venom with no repercussions it makes stuff like this look petty (which it is).

We expect that the Obama Regime to react according to the Chicago Way—with bullying tactics. Anyone opposing the Obama Regime will be met with reprisals including political, legislative and initiatives designed to kneecap your opponents. We wonder what kind of pressure the Chicago Way is putting on possible GOP donors where the Justice Department has become a political tool of he Regime. Gibson Guitars is a example of this action. Ted Nugent is a private citizen who has received threats.

So, according to The Won, Romney doesn’t antagonize the base enough? Well, makes as much sense as the talk I hear from the left about how the press savages Obama on a daily basis...far tougher than they were on Bush.

My only question to Milktoast Mitt:
“If you become president, will you appoint someone in the Justice Department who will investigate, prosecute and jail Eric ‘the Thug’ Holder, Barack Hussein Obama, (and others) for murder, sedition, perjury, theft, conspiracy, embezzlement, treason, hate crimes, racial bias and on and on?”
My answer is that he does NOT have the NUTS. Like all the punk a$$ rinos he surrounds himself with, he will pee his pants and lose his load the first time some ratz calls him a “racist”.
How pathetic.

Dear Mitt:
When one of your supporters blurts out the truth about me, your preferred response should be “Obama’s a fine family man.” Thank you for playing.
Sincerely,
Barry

Well, John McCain spent much of HIS own campaign praising Obama. Of course, Obama feels it is the job of Romney to run around defending him. Obama isn’t used to being on the receiving end of insults (even if they ARE the truth!). He feels that he can say what he wants about his opponent- no matter how dishonest and insulting - and his opponent should be as stupid as John McCain and spend his time polishing Obama’s boots while on the campaign trail. I, for one, am glad that Romney shows no such tendency.
