FBI may charge George Zimmerman with hate crime

SANFORD, Fla. — WFTV has learned charges against George Zimmerman could be getting more serious.

State prosecutors said Zimmerman, a neighborhood watchman, profiled and stalked 17-year-old Trayvon Martin before killing him, so the FBI is now looking into charging him with a hate crime.

Zimmerman admitted to killing Martin in February during a confrontation. However, he claims the shooting was in self-defense. He's facing a second-degree murder charge, which carries a maximum possible sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole. But if Zimmerman is charged and found guilty of a federal hate crime involving murder, he could face the death penalty.

FBI investigators are actively questioning witnesses in the retreat at the Twin Lakes neighborhood, seeking evidence for a possible federal hate crime charge.

This is good news for Zimmerman because it shows the DA has sh!t against Zimmerman and Holder’s race boys are shopping for different “civil rights” charges for when this case fails.

Problem for the Federal racist boys is that Zimmerman is not white and he is not a racist by evidence of his volunteer work. Holder’s “people” are left holding their
diversity racist d!cks. Ha ha. Racism, in all it’s colors crashes again.

“They are making up evidence to fit the outcome they want, a political lynching.”

I predict the Bamster’s Boyz will make such complete fools of themselves that the counter suits will result in judgements sufficient to make Mr. Zimmerman a wealthy man.

Now, the legality of federal hate crimes rest not on the 14th Amendment but rather on the Commerce Clause.

Very important point!

Were it a Republican senate, he would deserve impeachment and conviction.

He deserves impeachment no matter what.
The House impeaches; the Senate convicts. I expect a GOP senator to introduce the articles of impeachment any day now.

Right?

That explains exactly why I have no intention of voting for Romney no matter what. We don't need more RINO eunuchs anywhere near government.
Where are the house Tea Party Republicans?

In recent years the Supreme Court has started to read meaningful limitations into the Commerce Clause, and it’s hard to see how the new version of the federal hate crimes law can be sustained as an exercise of the Commerce Clause.

Didn't Raich pretty much reverse those limitations?

Scalia concurring in Raich

The media profiled George Zimmerman by calling him a white hispanic.

The Florida law enforcement officers ran George through a kangaroo court when they did not point out that NBC had libelously edited the 911 tape to make it appear that George was the one who freely charactered Treyvon as “he looks black” following the “looks like he’s up to no good” comment.

The Eric Holder Injustice Department allowed a lynch mob to put a bounty on George Zimmerman “dead or alive”.

The same Eric Holder Injustice Department dropped all charges against the same New Black Panther Party when they threatened voters outside of a polling center in 2008 (and they had failed to mount a defense and thus had accepted their crime).

If there were blood stains from Zimmerman's head on the sidewalk, they can and probably will charge him with defacing public property.

This is an Orwellian nightmare.

All animals are equal, some are more equal than others.

When 2 hispanic yutes pulled a gun on me and told me to “get down on the ground nigger!” there was no hate crimes charge or followup investigation.

I am white and the cops pulled out their DWI task force patrols from my neighborhood because there were dangerous people in cars, not just the moneymachine they were after.

The new federal hate crimes law is not a regulation adopted in order to make regulation of interstate commerce effective.

To my mind, the analysis would be that of Morrison and Lopez, where the federal government is attempting to regulate activities that are not commerce and for a purpose that is not intended to supplement a larger federal scheme of regulating interstate commerce.

Growing crops (including marijuana), by contrast, at least deals with questions of commerce. I view Morrison and Lopez as being a different line of analysis than Raich and the upcoming Obamacare decision.

However, five liberal justices would rubber stamp the hate crimes law no matter what the analysis.

All animals are equal, some are more equal than others.

Back in the Dark Ages, the petty kingdoms of Europe had laws providing for different penalties for the same crime, depending on the status of the victim.

As we revert to tribalism, we are seeing the same thing in a different context, where politically powerful lobbies such as the homosexual lobby and the black caucus are able to pass laws providing for a higher penalty for crimes against members of their group.

Thank you for your insights. Interesting.

So, they are already realizing that the evidence is most probably going to result in a acquital in the State trial.

They are going to drive this into the ground and it will impact the election if they keep it up...and that’s agood thing. People are tired of these little tyrant wannabes and open rascists.

Not sure that this is anything new. Holder’s bunch has been in this up to their eyebrows since mid-March. Threatening too.
