Breitbart News has obtained a promotional booklet produced in 1991 by Barack Obama's then-literary agency, Acton & Dystel, which touts Obama as "born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii."

Why do you think liberals love and defend minority rights so vehemently?
Because they themselves can use them for advancement within the "system" without the hard work.
What bothers me is some dare call it racist, if one seeks truth, or comments in disagreement of policy.
I stand corrected, Greg and all, the Dystel bio continues beyond 2004, but is changed to “Born in Hawaii” in 2007. My apologies!
::snicker:: When have they ever been right? The less popular their Liberal Dream POTUS gets, the more fascinated people become w his Eligibility Tall Tales, fraud, lies, double speak and outright treachery. Sorry Moonbats—on this issue, you people are LOSERS.
Duh, his roommate?
Amen! Then he needs to go to prison, along with a whole host of Democrats, most especially Nancy Pelosi.
The Existing media people need to be investigated for collusion with the Obama campaign, and THEY need to be put in deep fear of being arrested and prosecuted for their intentional propagandizing on behalf of the Obama campaign.
Existing Media empires need to be dismantled and scattered. There needs to be punishment for all those people who helped cover up this man's dirt. They need to have the fear of God put into them!
"Look at the monkey...Look at the silly monkey!"
I agree with you.
.....but is changed to Born in Hawaii in 2007. My apologies!
And “raised in Chicago”
That’s more or less as I remembered. 309(c) provides:
“(c) Notwithstanding the provision of subsection (a) of this section, a person born, after December 23, 1952, outside the United States and out of wedlock shall be held to have acquired at birth the nationality status of his mother, if the mother had the nationality of the United States at the time of such person’s birth, and if the mother had previously been physically present in the United States or one of its outlying possessions for a continuous period of one year.”
The question is, by “nationality status,” do they mean just plain nationality? Or do they mean (i) just plain nationality when the mother is a national but not a citizen of the U.S. but (ii) nationality plus citizenship if the mother is a national and citizen of the U.S.?
If “nationality status” includes both nationality and citizenship in cases in which the mother is a U.S. citizen (who had previously resided in the U.S. for at least one uninterrupted year), then you are correct and Obama would be a U.S. citizen at birth even if born abroad if his mother was not actually married at the time.
Of course, it’s not clear whether Obama was born “out of wedlock” pursuant to the statute. Barack Obama, Sr. and Stanley Ann Dunham got married in Hawaii while Dunham was pregnant with Obama, and got divorced years later, which is evidence that Obama was not born out of wedlock. However, Barack Obama, Sr. had previously been married in Kenya, and there is no evidence that he had divorced his previous wife (who was still alive) at the time of his wedding to Dunham. That certainly complicates matters, but it seems to me that when the statute refers to “out of wedlock” births the term would not extend to births involving a mother who had been married in a legal ceremony in the U.S.
So in the event that Obama was born in Kenya, his only plausible claims to being a U.S. citizen at birth would be that (i) that his biological father was not Barack Obama, but a black U.S. citizen or U.S. national or (ii) his parents’ marriage was null and void ab initio given his father’s still valid marriage in Kenya, and the subsequent divorce was a sham.
(I've given these facts to you many times; for emotional reasons you refuse to recognize the truth.)
Sen. John McCain was born in an unincorporated territory, the Panama Canal Zone, and is a citizen, like your daughter is a citizen, because of parental citizenship. McCain is no more eligible to be President than your daughter is eligible. He accepted hundreds of thousands of dollars in donations from George Soros, who wants to destroy the U.S. It was a setup in 2008.
When the Constitution was written, no one then living anticipated the U.S. military occupying overseas nations. But it shouldn't matter as those children are granted citizenship via their parents. The fact they are ineligible to be President or VP is too bad, but that's the law.
You are confusing citizenship with an eligibility requirement to be President. They are different. Such is life.
BHO2 and the Democratic Party have committed fraud and possibly worse, treason, knowingly promoting as eligible for the Presidency a man who is a foreign national. The Republicans should not be tempted into following suit.
Many people investigating BHO2’s birth have had their lives and the lives of their children threatened, including some who post here on Free Republic - butterdezillion and MissTickley come to mind. This is a serious matter and people have died because of BHO2’s craven desire to cover up his background.
They all are, or did, avoid this issue for the same reason - if Obama is shown to be not eligible for the office of POTUS, is could honestly start a civil war.
Again I say COWARDS!
So which would be worse for the nation?
Economic collapse or civil war? The ghetto's will burn either way.
