MIAMI, FLORIDA – Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney scheduled a $50,000-a-plate fundraiser at the home of Phil Frost, the executive of the company that makes the Morning After Pill, on Wednesday night. Plan B One-Step is produced by Teva Pharmaceuticals, Frost’s company.

"I will be voting for myself, actually."

How many state ballots are you on? Neither your site nor the selfgovernment site have that information.

Morning after pill isn’t a big issue with me, but for some it’s obviously a problem.

That said, I am sure this company makes other drugs of legitimate purpose. Sure lots of companies make birth control pills etc.

There is a chance that Romney will appoint a Conservative judge. For the sake of the unborn I will take one last chance [Friendofgeorge, post #46]

And that's enough to get me to vote for Romney. ;^) I'll take some chance over no chance. [Charles Hendrickson, post #250]

LOL! Here's your chance! Hope you win! [COBOL2Java]

(And here I thought Christians didn't believe in the evolutionary and gambling god of "Chance")...I guess the Sovereign Lord has perhaps been wearing thin on them lately, eh, Cobol2Java?

Oh, and btw, the "tokens" being utilizing in this great gambling scheme aren't the kind you'll find @ casinos.

Rather they are the "token lives" of the pre-born...child sacrifices offered up in the name of political expediency.

Since people don't want to sacrifice themselves -- to bite the bullet now in holding the GoP accountable -- they are willing to champion the great "conversion" year of the GoP when it became...
...more liberal & more leftist than LBJ...
...entrenched pro-abortion -- despite its empty platform rhetoric...
...champions of taxpayer-funded abortions...

Of course not. You've already escaped the world's most dangerous place to live (the womb).

But you're assuming a rather elitist posture then, are you not? (You've escaped the womb; why bother with the smallest that follow??? Is that it?)

Reminds me of the very same philosophy exhibited by a Sierra Club member I once had a discussion with. He was all into the ZPG (Zero Pop Growth) & NPG (Negative Pop Growth) public policy commitments.

He had no answer when I commented about his own rather elitist posture -- now that he had escaped the stranglehold constrictures of ZPG/NPG thinking.

I, in jest, suggested that if people were the REAL problem on Planet Earth -- including too many of them -- he could fall on his own ZPG/NPG sword and thereby decrease the "surplus population."

Hmmm...Even Dickens, heavily influenced by Christianity but not known for his personal Christian commitments, would call that lot "scrooges."

It would be nice if some posters paid even half as much attention to criticizing Obama, as they do tearing down Romney.

Criticizing Obama is done in thread after thread.

Not vetting Obama by the MSM was their fault...Romney will be vetted, count on it.

I see him campaigning to overturn Roe v. Wade, which would enable the states to outlaw abortions in their state. That is the only realistic option I see in the foreseeable future, and it is the right next step to take. And it would be more--far more--than anything else we're been able to accomplish in the last 40 years. Again, if you've got a better idea to get any laws against abortion anywhere, I'd like to hear it.

Meanwhile, Romney who had no qualms oppressing MA citizens into becoming funders of abortion on a much greater scale -- funders one and all -- won't lift a damn finger to pre-empt us American taxpayers from upping our "contributions" into the abortion industry coffers via our taxes.

Three times, Romney's been in bed with Planned Parenthood (fundraiser attendance & Ann Romney contribution in '94; voters' guide in 2002; not vetoing the placement of a permanent overseer member from Planned Parenthood on RomneyCare).

Anybody expecting Romney to dismantle the whopping increases of taxpayer $ going DIRECTLY to pay for your local & regional pre-born chop shops is nuts!

I think we are going to have to go to the Pub convention with torches and pitchforks and demand that the Republican party choose a Republican for it's standard bearer.

Every day that goes by I am more and more convinced that I could NEVER vote for Romney, even if it means that Obama gets another term. I will vote FOR a conservative. I will NEVER vote for Romney. Not for nothing. Romney doesn't have enough money to bribe me to vote for him.

Romney is a product of open primaries and money generated by crony corporatists. He is no more a conservative than I am a Martian.

There's only one group of people supporting socialist pro-choice democrats here. And it isn't those who oppose Romney.

Yes.

Those with principles always seem to elicit laughter and scorn from those without principles.

Such is life.

I’ll tell you something, netmilsmom. If Romney could just deliver your post#79, in a straight voice, looking into the camera, and play that over and over again until the election, and did nothing else, he’d get 60% of the vote. Just that one post. That says it all.

But Romney, I’m afraid, won’t touch 95% of that stuff. Maybe won’t touch 98%. He’s a chickenshit, somewhat like McCain, though for different reasons.

McCain is feeble-minded. Romney’s just old party hack. But the results will be the same. A complete disregard for the truths of our post#79.

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2885652/posts?page=79#79

If he can’t articulate your post#79 (or something very close to it), he can’t win. Period. And he can’t. I’m 100% sure of that.

Three hundred some posts. How many are still defending
Romney as a Christian man?

The messages from Heaven say pray and fast for a miracle.

It could happen, believe.

I think a republican convention that looked like Chicago 68 would scare the livin’ ____ out of the GOP-e. We might take over the party just by giving them heart attacks.

Not that I love the NYT, but I’d love to see what they wrote. I think they’d take Mittens side and we’d be radical “militia groups”. Even Hannity would skewer us.

There is after all a “Tea Party Pinkie Finger” group and a “Tea Party Rabblerouser” group.

Aside: How goes the saga?

I am praying that he can pull it off. That he can muster up something to help. Because if we get BO again, we are doomed.

Maybe Palin has something up her sleeve. Maybe a miracle will happen for us. Someone, anyone to push ole Mitt aside. I don’t know, but we can’t let BO get in there again.

The Big sites and Beck are working hard. Rush is smacking Romney around as is Levin. They are all working in their own ways. We need to be Breitbart and get in information out.

Please feel free to do as you please. Please understand that your judgment of me in no way clouds my assessment of this untenable situation.

Short of the GOP running Satan against Obama, I will choose that nominee.

Your stance against abortion and those who support and encourage it is commendable.

The problems facing this country and a possible second term for the current administration transcends any 1 issue.

Be well and cast your vote to the wind. I cannot.
