I notice you left out a reply to my point that discovery is the key. after full discovery, the public opinion game will likely change dramatically.

Did you notice that Hawaii is currently not complying with the AZ request for confirmation of Obama’s birth records?

“Obama’s book jacket is more parallel to Keebler’s claim that their cookies are made by elves”

SO what you are saying is that it all depends on what the meaning of OZ is.

I expect the results to be the same as in the Georgia hearings into Obama's eligibility to be on the ballot. Whether or not Obama's lawyers participate, and whether or not Hawaii complies with the AZ court's requests, nothing will happen. Do you expect the Obama Administration to enforce a request from AZ on this issue if Hawaii does not comply? Does AZ have any direct power to compel HI to comply? The best outlet for our energy is to defeat Obama at the polls and to defeat as many RINOs and then far left Dems as possible in the House and Senate races.

I bet we see all his records all scrubbed clean and shiny just like the birth certificate. They have had someone working on this I guarantee it.

Yes, I expect our republic to follow its laws. If it does not then we no longer live in the Republic of our founders.

Don’t you expect our government to operate within the laws?

I want our government to operate within the law just as I want the Catholic Church to follow God's laws, but should we really expect that at all times in history? Our leaders are what the voters have chosen, and today's leaders are not even as good as the Popes of the late 1400s and early 1500s. The fact is that our leaders will not follow the law, nor will they enforce the law if that reduces their own personal power. I'm disappointed in our politicians, both for their corruption and for their failure even to be embarrassed by their lack of ethics, but I accept reality as it is. I also hope to see that reality change, to see America once again embrace integrity and morality.

In 1517, Martin Luthor indicted the Church with his 95 Theses, allegedly nailed to the door of the Castle Church in Wittenberg, Germany. While that action led to a schism and the formation of the Lutheran Church, I think it was also a major contributor to the Catholic Church's return to a more moral stance. America needs a Martin Luthor, soon, but until he appears I will only expect what experience has shown we should expect. In the case of the Democrats in the House and the Senate, that is a revolting level of partisanship and corruption. They will not enforce the law or the Constitution. We have to deal with that sad reality until we are able to expose it and change it.

You accept lawlessness of our government...Blah blah blah

Until someone *ELSE* holds government accountable...Blah blah blah

You are just one person, after all...Blah Blah Blah

Ok, thank you for your courageous leadership - NOT.

Who gets to decide which laws should be maintained, if there are some that should be ignored?

It starts with a plaintiff having standing. If nobody can/will stand up and declare "he did wrong and I was harmed", then the law cannot be challenged. (Hence a lot of the crap laws we live under: nobody wants to push back, lest the court rule to the contrary and it's reinforced.)

What is your solution, and how do we get from here to there? [Note: If your solution is for Pelosi and Reid to do their jobs, I will not be impressed.]

I am working full time on efforts that I believe will help conservatives to win their primaries against RINOs and efforts that will help conservatives to defeat liberals in the general election. You may not like what pollsters do, but honest polling does help in winning elections. Perhaps that's not courageous leadership, but I am one of the leading followers for several future leaders. What are you doing or advocating that others do that is more helpful than that?
