Gene Simmons, Ted Nugent, Kid Rock and now Nikki Sixx. Obama is losing the Rocker vote.

I've actually corresponded with Nikki Sixx. He's a brilliant photographer. His music doesn't do much for me but within the genre it's considered first-rate.
He's been resuscitated from a heroin overdose on more than one occasion. You can see why he'd be a little slow on the uptake - I'm happy to hear some of these rockers are beginning to see the light.

With the addition of Nicky Sixx, we here in Hollywood could start a "recovery program" members against Obama clique
:-P

I guess Nikki was still suffering from halucinagenics back in 2008. Sounds like he’s in full recovery now. Seriously, most of these clowns supported him in 2008 because it was the “cool” thing to do. Now, a lot of his “cool” has worn off. It’s sad to say we have to rely on the “cool” factor, but anything to get Obama dethroned...

Simmons, Nugent and K. Rock were all arch conservatives to begin with, and
never backed O'Bunghole to begin with. Your post is, at best, misleading, and at worst, downright deceitful.
Both are Lib tactics, neither is acceptable. This will go on your permanent record....

I know Ted Nugent was never an Obama supporter but HE IS AN OUTSPOKEN CRITIC. Wasn’t sure about Simmona and Kid Rock. The Point is, these are rockers speaking out against Obama. Was not my intent to decieve. And I don’t know what “permanent record” you’re talking about and frankly, I don’t give a damn. You need to get back on your medication or get out and get a life. Who died and made you the Internet Police; LOSER?

that would actually be a great election year blog concept...the Hollywood Obama Recovery Program. Highlight famous people who have ‘seen the light’.

Unlike Hollywood actors, most musicians are independent businesspeople and see the direct effect a bad economy has on their bottom line. They may be libertines but they aren’t idiots. The musicians who are extremely successful also understand they are “the rich” Obama constantly rails against.
Yes, there are clueless dunces like Sheryl Crow and the Ditzy Chicks for whom liberalism is more important to them than the bottom line but most musicians realize they are dependent on the economy for the discretionary capital of their fan base so the more people who can’t pay for a concert ticket, the less money flows into the band’s pockets.
