Currently, Title 8 of the U.S. Code fills in the gaps left by the Constitution. Section 1401 defines the following as people who are “citizens of the United States at birth:”
•Anyone born inside the United States *
•Any Indian or Eskimo born in the United States, provided being a citizen of the U.S. does not impair the person’s status as a citizen of the tribe
•Any one born outside the United States, both of whose parents are citizens of the U.S., as long as one parent has lived in the U.S.
•Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year and the other parent is a U.S. national
•Any one born in a U.S. possession, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year
•Any one found in the U.S. under the age of five, whose parentage cannot be determined, as long as proof of non-citizenship is not provided by age 21
•Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is an alien and as long as the other parent is a citizen of the U.S. who lived in the U.S. for at least five years (with military and diplomatic service included in this time)
•A final, historical condition: a person born before 5/24/1934 of an alien father and a U.S. citizen mother who has lived in the U.S.

and at the beginning it says anyone who is a citizen is a natural vborn citizen

Having read and collected info since fall of 2008 on the matter, initially I suspected Zero had something embarrassing on his b.c. and that Congress, courts, wouldn’t be that incompetent or part of this corruption...yet as a year passed and every conceivable avenue to resolve this was scrubbed, “destroyed”, or not permitted for public consumption, it was clear Zero wasn’t born on U.S. soil.

The easiest or occam’s razor theory was there’s a young woman in HI in 1961 pregnant out of wedlock from a foreigner of another race. Estranged from family left for Kenya, had a child there. Behavior she would repeat meeting an Indonesian national, going to Indonesia, having Maya..clearly a different independant woman. And BOAC planes were available free or discounted for students at that time and she would return to her old stomping grounds of Mercer Island and attend the university in WA.

However... now it appears Ann S. Obama was NOT Stanley Ann Dunham as previously thought..Obama Sr. had numerous wives, Ann was Filipino wife. University of Washington transcript for Stanley Ann Dunham believed to be fraudulent.

All NBCs are “citizens of the US at birth” but not all “citizens of the US at birth” are NBCs.

Explain. BHO, Sr. was never a US citizen. Are you saying that FMD was the real father & BHO, Sr. a paid patsy? That is possible. And is what foreign country? Canada?

That is exactly my current favored theory. Stanley Ann had an Aunt and an Uncle Living in Northwest Washington State. There is a reason she was so quickly at her friends house (Susan Blake) in late August of 1961. She was likely in the area all along. In those days, it was common place to send girls with embarrassing pregnancies off to live with a relative somewhere. I get the impression that Madelyn Dunham (the grandmother) was Embarrassed about her daughter having a black child because Madelyn Dunham's co-workers at the Bank stated in 2008 that they didn't even know Madelyn Dunham *HAD* a grandchild.

Most grandmothers would have put a picture of their beloved grandchild on their desks, and they would certainly have told their co-workers that they just had a grandchild. Not telling her co-workers implies that she didn't want them to know about it, and intentionally so.

Stanley Ann's Aunt Eleanor Berkebeile lived in Both Canada (Newfoundland in 1959) and subsequently in Blaine Washington, which is right on the border of Canada. Blaine didn't have a hospital, but White Rock (which was just across the border) did.

The "Born in Canada" theory has some circumstantial support. The "Born in Kenya" theory is starting to look less silly to me, but it still has some serious evidentiary problems to overcome before I'm going to regard it as credible.

That would be BOAC not British Airways. Flying to Vancouver from Mombasa would be at least one or two stops to London. From London to Vancouver BC would be thru Montreal or Toronto ... no direct Polar flights between London & Vancouver at that time.

Or has anyone looked at Grandpa Dunham’s obit? maybe it would list something about B.O.’s age or real name? The AZ media gave Zullo a one-day head start - one day in HI before they spilled the beans on Zullo being in HI and spoiled the mission. Real generous of them, huh? Yet after all this time, has any of the AZ media bothered to report what Zullo has said about the media being threatened if they reported on this issue?

Corsi was supposed to do legal research while he was there, and Zullo said his work was invaluable to them.

I’m wondering what the law says about a certification where the person required by law to certify something has the secretary take responsibility for it instead, by putting initials by the signature stamp. Somehow I don’t think that even qualifies as a legal certification. If that’s true, then the media is saying that the birth certificate issue has been “put to rest” by a document that doesn’t even qualify as a legal document. Again.

I was glad to hear Mike say that the fake “verification” actually opened some doors for them to investigate. I can’t wait to hear what they’ve got.

I disagree. IMO there is no government documentary corroboration of any relationship or marriage of BHO Sr. to any Filippina under any name or any documented child of such alleged liason by name or sex or location of birth. There is tons of government documentation supporting Stanley Ann Dunham as Barry's mom.

One stray note in a 1964 Baltimore office INS file, IIRC, referring to a wife in the Philippines doesn't amount to much in my book.

If what Zullo found is sufficiently explosive, BHO would bomb Iran to shift the focus. He is just that desperate to remain on AF1.

What we have going for us now that we didn't used to have, however, is Obama’s decreasing popularity. His showing in three recent Dem primaries was abysmal. Don't think the Dem powers that be didn't notice. Some of them are privately hoping Zullo lands a knock-out punch—don't doubt that for a moment. Dems like to win, and Obama is increasingly looking like a loser.
