Numerous studies have shown that overweight people consistently underestimate how fat they are, and that those who are overweight when young are more likely to develop heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and cancer and die younger than those of a healthy weight.All the perpetrators of those "numerous studies" are going to have to be tracked down and arrested. Such weightist slurs can't be tolerated and the perps don't get to hide behind so-called "science".

I don’t even see hate. In most cases, a remark about someone’s weight, though possibly insensitive, isn’t hate. The word hate, like the word love, is way overused.
If weight is a problem , I suppose telling a hygenically impaired person that their Body odor is foul is definitely out of the question.
