An intelligence source in Hawaii who warned early last year that a forged Obama birth record would be released now says that amid continued doubts about the authenticity of the document posted on the White House website, a forged “original” birth certificate intended to pass forensic inspection by using 1961 materials is being prepared and could be released as an “October surprise.”
The source, who has contact with Hawaii government officials, was questioned by Mike Zullo, the head of Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse team. Zullo recently returned from a trip to Hawaii to follow up on leads in the posse’s investigation of Obama’s eligibility for the 2012 election ballot in Arizona. Arpaio announced March 1 that his team found probable cause that the document posted by the White House April 27, 2011, is a forgery.
Zullo told WND today that regardless of whether the Hawaii source’s information pans out, he wants to see the original microfilm record of Obama’s birth.
“If they decide to try to produce a document, we’re going to be skeptical,” he said. “We’ve been calling for the microfilm from the beginning.”

It's not what you say, but how you say it. Just a guess, but I suspect they have multiple witnesses from Hawaii on Video tape, and maybe from Kenya as well.
Evidence is not always a document. Eyewitness testimony is also evidence. They need to present it in a professional manner. I think they have been collecting evidence for at least six months.
Who knows. They may have documents that need to be vetted.
What is good about this delay is that all the talking heads are now doubling down while not knowing what the hell is about to hit them square in the face.
I don't know if it's any indication, but Jay Carney didn't seem to have his usual cocky and arrogant attitude during his last talk with reporters. I think he knows whats coming.

If Hawaii forged a different birth certificate, it would look really bad for Hawaii and the White House because the White House has already published a version of Obama's birth certificate online, and the state of Hawaii was confronted to verify it by AZ's SOS. Hawaii published a verification letter directly referring to a photocopy of the birth certificate published by the White House. Consequently any forgery by Hawaii would have to look exactly like the certificate published by the White House, otherwise, it would be obvious that Hawaii and the White House were lying.
(True, the Hawaiian verification letter only verifies the information it lists, rather than verifying the authenticity of the image of the document itself, but if the document itself was a forgery, and the State of Hawaii refused to give that information to another legally entitled party who requested it, then the fact that Hawaii's Department of Health did not say it was a forgery would make Hawaii an accomplice to the fraud or at the very least criminally negligent in their duties.)

The needed paper work has to show George Romney’s undivided allegiance dated before Mitts birth. If Mitt wants the office then mitt is responsible for the paper work.
It also will not explain how I will have a multi-layer PDF document (downloaded from the WH web site) that will exactly match the new "flattened" document. That could only happen if the original source document was the multi-layer document.

I think you missed the point! Obama’s failure to provide paperwork proof should not and can not be used to excuse Romney’s lack of paperwork. That would make us look just like ....heaven forbid... Democrats.
