In California, we also balance our budget, but it does no good, cause the next year we are in debt again. Not so with Governor Romney, Massachussets stopped getting into the red. Under Romney, they no longer had deficeits that they had to fix, they started to have supluses. Different from what you are describing, and what you are saying is deceptive, it gives the wrong impression.
