I don’t know anything about any Frank Dux so I wouldn’t know him if I saw him, but I’d say those look like just some regular judo peeps to me.

Lotsa judoka wear colored gi's, at least as I recall from my childhood... Now that I think about it that Dux character is the one portrayed by JeanClaudeVanDamme in someoranother movie from back in the 80's, isn't he?
I don't think that was a judo movie.
