Explain if you will SamAdams76. Is Intrade indicating a 90.3% trend to Walker?

57% with 7% reported... it’s gonna be a BIG WIN!

Don't quite share your confidence just yet. Seems reasonably likely that the first 7% of votes counted will favor rural areas which tend to be more conservative over urban areas which tend to be more statist.

If these numbers hold for Walker, CNN is going to have to rethink their exit polling. They were reporting a 50-50 race as the polls closed.

However, Walker had a 20k lead, increasing to 27k.

"it’s looking to even out to a 5% spread for Walker"

Walker will win the little towns, but the big ones where the Dims live will be a lot closer - and those returns usually come in late.

I have FOX NEWS on the tv and PMSNBC on my iPad watching this ugly guy named Madcow or something like that......

NBC is calling the race “Too Close to Call” and right now the numbers are not pretty for the Democrats..... I also have DU open on another tab.....waiting for the screaming to begin.

KEEP IT UP WISCONSIN!

I am a Florida boy, but I spent allot of the 80’s in the Baraboo, WI area - Devils Lake Park, one of the prettiest gems out there, and I have been border to border, coast to coast.

New Mexico Senate:

U.S. Senate - Dem Primary

June 05, 2012 - 09:30PM ET
New Mexico - 157 of 1541 Precincts Reporting - 10%
Name Party Votes Vote %
Heinrich , Martin Dem 17,258 76%
Balderas , Hector Dem 5,472 24%

U.S. Senate - GOP Primary
June 05, 2012 - 09:30PM ET
New Mexico - 157 of 1541 Precincts Reporting - 10%
Name Party Votes Vote %
Wilson , Heather GOP 14,045 80%
Sowards , Greg GOP 3,415 20%

This is to replace liberal Jeff Bingaman. Heinrich was elected four years ago to replace Heather Wilson who ran and lost in the Republican primary for senate when Pete Domenici retired. He is another far-left anti-business DemocRat who was elected with the support of the enviro-zanies up in Santa Fe. Heather is considered a RINO by many on here, but given NM's minority-anglo demographics, a conservative will not be elected [it was tried in 2008 - Steve Pearce won the primary but lost big in the general]. The best label for her is a moderate in the Domenici mode.
