A new dress code at a southern Minnesota company prompted some Somali workers to walk off the job because it conflicts with their religious beliefs.

OSHA has rules prohibiting loose clothing around moving machinery (gears, conveyor belts, etc.) And in my day they were very strict when enforcing it.
Good luck with that. These people know the loopholes much more than we do. They are not here on work VISAs. They find ways to collect welfare, SSI while at the same time working. They fill their Lexus cars up with shelter food handouts to homeless (and I mean FILL them up). They know exactly what the maximum number of dependents they can claim on their income tax and they make sure they use the maximum. If they are one child short and their Somali neighbor is one child more than the max they put that extra child on their own income tax as an independent.
One thing these people are not and that's dumb.
They know how to play the system more than a lifetime 3rd generation American welfare recipient.
After 6 months in USA I've seen them in line waiting to vote in the general elections.
They even have their extra wives and their children in Europe (as polygamy is not legal in USA)but that does not stop them from adding those children in Europe as independents on their income tax either.
They're not going anywhere anytime soon. They have very good lawyers.

My nearby home town in So Minn has been infested with an ENTIRE SOMALI VILLAGE brought in by the perfidious halfwits from Lutheran Charities. They have turned much of a formerly idyllic thriving town into a third world toilet. And yes, they are cunning and they are ruthless in scamming the naive Minnesota populace into underwriting their endemic criminality.
I have commented to friends and family remaining in Minnesota that the reason they are so plagued with third world scum in that local society values nothing more than niceness and non-judgementalism, so the third world scum sees them as patsies ripe for the taking. Which they are.

He should also line up a bails bondsman to be at the ready.

I use to live in Gibbon MN. Kinda Southwest central Minnesota. I saw this happening then with Senica foods. They bring in workers from Mexico, who take over all the rental properties, trash them then buy up every minivan or car that is 9 years old (weird import law in Mexico)
The Somali’s would move in and go right to the welfare line as well.
With so many out of work American citizens I say we deport all the visa/illegal workers until every CITIZEN has a job that is able to work.
