Libel of a public figure is not impossible, but to qualify the writing in question has to comprise something so bad that it couldn’t even be plausibly believed from the available facts, and has to be backed by actual malice. That is far harder for her to do than railroading Zimmerman which has turned into a very stiff challenge.
