Ok people watch, learn and start to at least think about what you would do if it spirals out of control and spreads. Think Credit-Anstalt, look it up. I am NOT SAYING take all your money out of a bank, stuff it in a mattress, fill your garage with MRE’s and sit in your basement with a SKS waiting for the “Zombies”. Its just that the board is set, the pieces are moving in place and the game is ready to start. Whether it plays out as some have hypothesized is anyones guess. Prudence and caution is the word of the day.

I have tried to talk to friends and acquaintances about what they would do if a bank “holiday” occurred. They either roll their eyes or their eyes glaze over and wonder when American idol comes on the TV. For a small preview look up what happened in Clayton County, GA when the EBT cards got screwed up and didn't get filled up as planned.

Quark:"Let me tell you something about Hew-mons, Nephew. They’re a wonderful, friendly people, as long as their bellies are full and their holosuites are working. But take away their creature comforts, deprive them of food, sleep, sonic showers, put their lives in jeopardy over an extended period of time and those same friendly, intelligent, wonderful people... will become as nasty and as violent as the most bloodthirsty Klingon. You don’t believe me? Look at those faces. Look in their eyes." ‘Star Trek: Deep Space Nine’: The Siege of AR-558 (#7.8)” (1998)
