I was thinking that maybe Zimmerman had a chance to beat this considering what an idiot the prosecutor is, but now it seems the judge is in on the lynching as well. Has the judge considered that maybe Zimmerman is just NAIVE? That maybe just maybe he considered those donations for his legal defense not HIS money being that it would be going directly to his defense lawyers? I cannot freakin’ believe what is going on in this case.

I think that’s a very good point. That the money was already earmarked; a plausable explanation of why it didn’t occur to GZ to mentione it. I can’t say I wouldn’t have failed to mention it either.
The short of it is that black supremacist hate groups have put a bounty on Zimmerman’s head, dead or alive, and he’s being locked up for his own safety but they are unwilling to cast it that way.
