President Obama has a little less time for romance these days, it seems.
In New York City with first lady Michelle Obama for a fundraising swing, the president cracked a joke about the pace of the campaign and the demands of the office.
"This is what qualifies as date night in the Obama household," Obama joked at a fundraiser at the Plaza Hotel.
The first lady too expressed her concern about the pace of the campaign, but said that she intended to be on the trail "with as much passion as this little body can muster."

She thinks she is little?
Dear God!
Personally, ANY night where I didn’t have to sleep in the same bed with the Wookie, I’d consider a successfule ‘date night’.
Yeah, Um, OK - Whatever...Be Nice....Be Nice - Ugh
“little body” ??????
hahahahaha
We must never forget that there are many people - blind people - who don’t know that Michelle is an angry-looking version of the GoodYear Blimp.
Perhaps Michelle is pretending to be petite for their sake.
To paraphrase the late Johnny Cochran...
It the hips are wide, you must deride.
... maybe she’s trying to be .. uh, uh, fa-see-shus!
Isn't it odd that he uses his best black accent when campaigning?
Anyway, the man simply is not funny and his "jokes" seem like an effort.
but said that she intended to be on the trail “with as much passion as this little body can muster.”
Good Gooogamooga.
The woman is crazed beyond belief.
How tragic their date night includes a stop at the Plaza...
I’ll wipe my tears after I finish eating my PB&J sandwich and then get my husband a quick hotdog lunch while he takes a break from his second job...
“It’s good to be King”.
I get it. He can take off from “working hard” for us to go on a date night with the wookie but date nights take a backseat when it comes to fundraising. I wonder if the offspring are also a lower priority.
