Agreed. Only way to make this pass Constitutional muster is to structure it as a HUGE tax increase, offset by a big tax credit to rebate it once you buy insurance. Does she think she is going to get any Republican, or even half of the Democrats in the Congress to vote for that? Good luck with that, Nancy.

She’s crazier than bat guano. Have to confess I don't know exactly what "bat guano" is, but Pelosi really came up with a nutty statement today on another issue:
She accused the Republicans on Issa's Oversight Committee of trying to get Holder for contempt because civil libertarian Holder is the guy who is getting in the way of their schemes to suppress voter turnout!!!
