It was interesting to me how similar this case is to the Trayvon Martin case. Just remove the gun.

"Fuller had been acquitted in May of felony assault -- which could have put Fuller in prison for up to seven years -- after the jury found that he didn't intend to cause serious physical injury." Every one of those jurors needs a serious punch to the head then.

I would say put him in a cell with bubba, unfortunately it sounds like he is bubba.

Incredible isn’t it? “He didn’t intend to cause serious physical injury”... Hmmm, so punching a woman who is under 5 foot tall is akin to a air kiss only this one went wrong.

Fuller shouted, "F--k you, you bitch," I didn't have to look at the pics after I saw that.

Sounds as if this is a case that cries out for vigilante justice. I hope her family gives him his once he is released.

Every one of those jurors needs a serious punch to the head then. Sounds like they already got one.
True horrors come out of the jury system. These people were simply not competent to be jurors.

Punching out a girl, what a wuss. Kudos to her for standing up to the jerk. She has guts, on the other hand, she probably didn’t think he would actually hit her.
The jury should be jailed for its idiotic decision.

back in the day, women were beaten at home. now guys do it right out in public.
To: GrandJediMasterYoda
Overhit by miles. How could he do that? I feel sorry for her and I bet she learned something about staying safe.
I could never do what the little girl did though, stand for a car to park, especially with someone else, with a car, showing up first. I would be embarrassed, myself. She was young and strong and aggressive enough to make a potentially dangerous and foolish decision over a parking place.
I think it caused something like road rage.

She was 4’10”. He ruined her life by decking her with one punch. He should have gotten 10 years but I suspect an OJ jury forced the jurors to come up with this compromise verdict that comes with a one year maximum sentence

If he didn’t intend to cause serious injury, he should have been sentenced to twenty years for felony stupidity, because he ought to have known that when you punch a much smaller person hard in the head, you will cause serious harm - and a dangerous moron is too dangerous to be let out.
And throw the jurors in for a year apiece - misdemeanor stupidity - for believing such an unbelievable defense.
To: Edward Teach
Every one of those jurors needs a serious punch to the head then. Consider the NYC jury pool. At least they didn't return an OJ verdict.
