Those who have placed Obama where he is have seemingly sent signals that his usefulness to them has expired. His support is eroding within the ranks of his own party and cracks are starting to show in the media treatment he has received. They cannot allow his presence on the ticket in November as it will help destroy the cause in which they believe.
If they are going to pull the rug from under him, it has to be done in a way that his core supporters can find acceptable. There isn't sufficient time left before the election for impeachment proceedings that could be blamed on the Republican party. This leaves only a few options, only one of which that I can see Obama willing to play along with. Let's see what the Twenty Fifth Amendment, Section 4 says.
"4. Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.
Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office."
Is Obama starting to act "crazy" lately? Are his recent rants and rulings part of a plan to set the stage for declaring him unfit to serve? Look for more insanity from him in the near future if this is the plan as well as Biden appointing Hillary to the Vice president spot if the Twenty Fifth is put into effect. I can just see the news coverage with all of the Democrats, one after the other, crying into the microphones about how they feel so concerned for dear old Barry, and how much they hope he gets better, etc., etc.
It's their only out that can be done before the election. He has faked his entire life history. Don't think that faking a little insanity is beyond him. It sets the stage for all of the fake compassion you won't be able to get away from 24-7 as well.
Not only will this not happen, Obama will win in a landslide.

Hmmmm, Your idea about the "miraculous" recovery isn't that bad either. Look, this is all predicated on the idea that his own party would take him out of power, however far-fetched that might seem. "If" they decided to remove him, how might they go about this and what type of "choices" would he be offered? Faking an incapacity of some sort certainly offers a variety of "positive" approaches for them. It removes them from being the goat, makes them the compassionate co-democrats trying to save "his" agenda, all portrayed by a loving media during the next election cycle. It removes HIM from the argument of who to vote for helping to save the down-ticket elections. In the meantime, as this plays out, his "insanity" pushes their communist wish list through one executive order after another. If you're going to be fake, ANYTHING is possible.

They have no choice in the matter. All you need is ONE fake head injury, ONE fake doctors report, and ONE fake incapacitation. We've already had three and three quarter years of ONE fake presidency, a little more "faking" isn't out of the realm of possibility is it?
I too believe they will get Obama off the ticket—the only question is how. It must be done so it looks like the Tea Party or Conservatives did it. That way Hillary can reep the Black & Brown votes. How?
1. He could get sick? (A little illness)
2. He could take his own life? (Little trip to Ft. Macy Park?)
3. He could suffer an accident, Marine One go down?
4. He could be done in like Kennedy in a parade.
5. Or be gunned down like Lincoln in a play house?
6. Or leaks to the GOP about his treason?
7. A corruption scandal could be leaked to Rush?
8. His real grades and birth Certificate could be sent to Trump?
9. What ever he has on Fast & Furious might be leaked out.
10. Some may say he has gone Mad and must be replaced.
