It’s a good thing nobody put a flaming bag of poop on the porch.

This should be handled by “30 days in he county jug”.
10 years and $100,000?!?! That is gross beyond belief! Anyone who entertains such a notion should get prosecuted for violating people’s civil rights!

For a raccoon on the porch? How much jail time did Clinton get for perjury?

I was missing a raccoon. So that’s where he went.

Heck, the way things are these days, you don’t want to get convicted of anything involving conspiracy.
Conspiracy to cook a pizza?
Guilty! Life w/o parole!

It required five adults to hatch a conspiracy to hang a dead raccoon on somebody’s front porch. These people either belong in the mental health clinic or on Saturday Night Live.

Duh, since the bar of punishment has been set this high, maybe US Rep Issa should tack on this same punishment to AG Eric Holder’s Contempt of Congress penalty tomorrow?

Some people serve less time for murder! Illegal, unlicensed, uninsured drivers come to mind.
I guess being deprived of life isn't as important as being deprived of "your civil rights," even if in both cases the victims are "Holder's people."
