Gist of Obama’s prepared speeches:
1. Upheld - Mixture of crowing and Lecturing his critics
2. Partially Struck Down — Mixture of crowing, threats agains SCOTUS and executive orders to implement anyway
3. Totally Struck Down — Mixture of threats against SCOTUS & and executive orders. Warning to Congressional Republicans not to “stand in the way of progress”.
The best option is the one they will never consider—silence.

He doesn’t have 3 speeches prepared. He knew within minutes of the ruling what it was going to be.

The guy from Podesta’s group signaled the talking points yesterday on Hannity’s radio show.
The first thing out of the hack’s mouth was that Republican’s want to deny poor people health care. That’s going to be the main talking point, IMO.
Hannity missed an opportunity to stress that this wasn’t about health CARE, it was about health INSURANCE. Also he didn’t say that poor people did have access to health care via Medicaid.
Levin said that Obama will implement the law (if struck down) through executive orders, piece by piece and that the GOP better be prepared to fight back.
Other than golf and parties, this might be the most stress he’s and in years. It would be nice if he cared as much about the Constitution or national security as he does about socialized healthcare.
