One Republican Congressman, whom I believe they said was from Arizona, just said the same thing I said after this Ruling:
"Today, the Supreme Court awakened a sleeping giant. This changes the Election drastically." This has so angered people and will cause many to realize, this is no small matter. This is no game. We MUST Elect Mitt Romney, and a GOP House and Senate on November 6, 2012 so this ObamaCare Mess, our new Tax the Supremes gave us today, can be repealed and totally dismantled.
I believe this "victory" for the Obama Thug Brigade in the White House, will be short-lived. This will fire up people who were somewhat lackadaisical about this Election. We have to get the Marxist out of the White House.

This ruling has guaranteed Obama's re-election. You can count on it. It will energize his campaign like nothing else. "See?? I'm looking after your interests and the Supreme Court agrees with me."
Don't think of this as a line in the sand or a "jump the shark moment". Think of this as just one more rivet in the liberal project known as "America". It goes back decades, perhaps centuries. There are few true conservatives left. Lots of neocons, like Bush and Cheney who's been publicly rejoicing over the "marriage" of his lesbian daughter but few who truly understand the meaning of the word as it applies to government, the military and the people.

Last night on Greta, Michelle Bachmann said that if any or all of this is upheld,they (the House and she) will work to repeal it.
What will happen now to all those suits against the government by the states over the legality of this law? Will they just be automatically be thrown out?

I talked with a Republican friend on the Hill and he said that Romney will issue waivers to all 50 states on January 20, 2013, effectively nullifying Obamacare without needing 60 senators to agree to invoke cloture.
This will cause the Senate democrats to, at a minimum, negotiate the remaining parts of the bill. Taxes will be wrapped up in this as well.
