The fact that it's been ruled a tax is special. Now, only the House can exempt folks. All those other exemptions? Illegal. Tax bills must originate in the House. Only. It's only a matter of time until this is picked up on.

HHS can't exempt anyone. Only the House can by originating a bill, getting a majority vote, passage in the Senate, and prez sig.

The exemptions are just one more law suit to throw at them.

No union exemptions, no friend of barack exemptions, etc. unless the exemption was originated in the House, passed in Senate, and signed.
