For the record here, that photo of Stanley (love the font!) put through a TinEye filter shows several posts where it previously appeared. One link results in this scrubbed blog post, "Is Obama Literally “America’s First Jewish President”? on 2009 October 8:
The Wikipedia page from March 24 2008 shows the signature:
But as of today, the same image on Wikipedia page has the bottom half trimmed off to eliminate the signature:
