Former President Bill Clinton said Friday he is "perplexed" by Mitt Romney's decision to release just one year of his personal tax returns.
"It's typical, I think — we all release 10 or 11 years," he told NBC's "Today" show. "I am a little surprised that he only released a year's worth of tax returns. ... That's kind of perplexed me."

Bill is not running for President. It has come to be expected over the past decades that candidates release their tax returns. Romney knew that. If that was a problem for him he should not have put himself up for the job.
No one was begging him to do it. You want the job you do what it takes to win it.
