How about his social security records? Selective Service records? Passport records? College records? I’d like to see those too.

Awesome. I fully support this.

As long as the legislation also requires full release of birth and college records.

"In the House, Rep. Sander Levin (D-Mich.) is proposing legislation that would require presidential candidates to release 10 years worth of tax returns and disclose any overseas investments."

Why bother having elections at all for anything?

We should just have life positions in D.C.

We are almost there anyway...

Yes, attach an amendment requiring the microfiche of the birth records.

Of course Dems will call this a “poison pill”

Make it mandatory for everyone in Congress and see how it goes over.

I think Romney is playing the left on this like a fiddle. I have a strong feeling there is nothing suspect in his tax returns and they may actually paint him in a good light with high charitable donations and wise investments.

They keep hinting he is hiding something and he is letting them build that to a crescendo. He releases when he is ready and pulls the trigger on talking points about his wise investments and fiscal responsibility.

Again.. the issue is NOT the issue. Issues are weapons.

Stop trying to reason with these aged 1960s Marxist-Alinsky radicals and their ideological issue.. all psycho spoiled brats actually.

Stop it already. Tell 'em to F - off and if they don't like that then let's get it over with. Don't leave it for the children.

I am pretty sure you can’t pass legislation aimed at one person. It was a SCOTUS ruling way back when.

Can someone check me on that?

Without even making mention of Obama, Romney's campaign needs to send a shot across O's AND the media's bow with that followed up with some "staffer" of Romney's being seen walking into Sheriff Joe's office.

No TV but I listen to network/cable radio "news".. the reporting is one-sided. It's all up to Romney -- it's all his fault, "report" the "news" men and women. . . .

". . . some key [events] exacerbated the national debate, fraying trust, and national cohesion just a little more each time . . . The two-party system that had governed America . . . begin to fall apart . . . interest in politics took the place of all other forms of news-related entertainment . . . politicians were the celebrities . . . [Politics/ideology] was becoming such a habit, the reactions so automatic, that [journalists] taking sides on every news story became inevitable."

.. from for Love & Liberty by Robin Young and it's about 1857 America.

Also must submit proof of citizenship, birth certificate and make submitting fraudulent documents a serious felony. And make it retroactive to 2000.

Did they clear this with Obama? Going back ten years the SSn on his tax returns might be different.
