Tried it. Didn’t work for me.......perhaps I need a baseball bat.................
It will absolutely stop if you drum hard enough... but you may have to use something more substantial than your fingers.

That post was probably from me Badge. It didn’t help me at all, but some others at The Steel Guitar Forum said it helped them a great deal. Certainly worth trying!
