Why a cake, anyway? Wouldn’t a couple of pounds of fudge be more appropriate.

Look, if these two guys want they can open their own bakeshop and when a man and woman come and ask for a wedding cake, they can say: “Sorry, we don’t do ‘his and hers’ wedding cakes.” That would be THEIR right, just as it is the right of Masterpiece Cakeshop to not do ‘his and his’ wedding cakes.

The owner of Lakewood's Masterpiece Cakeshop could have prevented all of this. And kept his high reviews. All he had to do was comprise his morals and standards just this one time.
and maybe the next time. And the next time. And the next. And maybe just a few times more.
But he would have been held in very high esteem by Denver's deviant community.

The precedent has been set; when the flying feathers finally settle, the building in which this bakery formerly operated will probably be a gey bar, massage parlor and/ or bath house.

Remember; back in Biblical Sodom these cats didn’t want to just seduce the pretty angels; they wanted to RAPE them.

It’s not about “rights”; it’s all about POWER.

Business owners could avoid a lot of trouble if they only said the following:

“Sorry, but we’re all booked up.”

I would not make a cake for them either. My business, my right to not act in a way that promotes immorality, indecency and perversion

Does Denver have gay inclusive non-discrimination laws? If yes, the owners of the cakeshop need to close up shop and move their assets overseas. They will shortly be getting a short letter from the ACLU, and the next several years will be spent in nerve wracking court battles. Also personal harassment, and protesters outside their shop.

Gays should be denied using the rainbow in any way. It disgusts me how they just up and stole the f-ing thing, and now we can’t buy our kids ANYTHING with a rainbow on it. Sickening.

This incident smells like a carefully contrived set-up to garner attention and, most of all, sympathy for'gay marriage'. First, this guy picks a cake shop probably well-known for being run by someone who does not approve of 'same-sex 'marriage' and tries to order a wedding cake, making it clear that it's for his wedding to another man. Predictably, the shop owner says no and the gay guy storms off, all offended and running to the media with this 'story' of intolerable discrimination. He knows full well the media will run with it because they want to champion 'gay rights' and the pretension of 'gay marriage' sanctity. He also knows that plenty of useful idiots, assuming they are demonstrating tolerance (the teenagers cheering this guy's alleged 'outrage' are just uninformed) will chime in with internet support and perhaps some threats of violence, which he can oh-so calmly discourage, showing his deep desire for 'justice', not revenge.

Thus, the media wars against traditional values take another turn and homosexual behavior gets yet another face-lift in the public eye. Not as the gross misuse of our human sexuality it is but some sort of pure, love-based human right being horribly abused by a guy who bakes cakes for a living and didn't sell one to the gay man who cursed at him as he left the baker's shop. Only in Obama's America.

Well, I don’t buy Halo brand cat food because Ellen DeGenerate owns part of that company.

It’s probably also lousy cat food.

If the bakery doesn’t want to make a cake for these two idiots, either they can go to another bakery or buy a couple boxes of Duncan Hines.

Good enough to celebrate that type of travesty.
