Youd think that Pam Gellar would have done her homework. Harris was not a Lt., he was named Leiutenant by his crazy parents. He was not a key witness in the Obama passport breach, he was a witness in another, unrelated case. The only connection that exists between the two cases is that they were mentioned in the same article by the Washington Post.
