As long as "black" children are taunted and made fun of by their whole community for "acting White" when they study, no matter how much money you throw at it, ain't nuttin' gonna' happen except more taxpayer money pissed away.
If people got off their duffs and studied... aw, nevermind.

Can you imagine the stink if a white President created a “White Education” office.
Of course, Obama will have a big problem with the Afr-Amer. education office...a lot of blacks think getting an education is “acting white”
Most whites run around in circles as race is crammed up their a** in every direction and through all facets of life and this nation. To make matters worse as they run they also scream 'I don't care about race' and I AM NOT A RACIST!

It basically says that black people are too stupid to learn the way every other race does.
My Niece was entering her Masters Program and attended an Orientation Meeting with other Students. She was given paper work to fill out and the Female Black Professor explaining what it was for said, “we need to know who you is”.
Granted, this is a small Southern University, but if I may quote Pharaoh Obama, WTF?
After watching a few Episodes of Hard Core Pawn on Cable, I am beginning to think so.
A Zebra dies and arrives at the Pearly Gates... As he enters, he asks St. Peter, ‘I have a question that’s haunted me all of my days on earth. Am I white with black stripes, or am I black with white stripes?’
St. Peter said, ‘That’s a question only God can answer.’
So the zebra went off in search of God.

The zebra returned to see St. Peter once more, who asked him, ‘Well, did God straighten out your query for you?’
The zebra looked puzzled.. ‘No sir, God simply said ‘You are what you are.’’
St. Peter smiled and said to the zebra, ‘Well then, there you are. You are white with black stripes..’
The zebra asked St. Peter, ‘How do you know that for certain?’
‘Because,’ said St. Peter, ‘If you were black with white stripes, God would have said, ‘You is what you is..’
Let’s see... curriculum... how to make molotov cocktails... how to get away with gang rape, murder, and flashmob mayhem... how to start racially motivated lawsuits... hmm, nothing about “how to obtain a picture ID”...

We're still waiting for Obama and Romney to accept our Invitation.
I lived 13 years just outside of Philly, so I’m well aware of the wonderful inner city “people”.
Then I want a government funded European-American education office and I want equal funding and exemption from obamacare for all of my employees.
