My upcoming birthday next week could be the last one I celebrate as President of the United States, but that’s not up to me — it’s up to you. Looks like an implied threat. There seems to be an underlying vibe with this character that is not unlike the mentality of the nuts who - when they lose custody of their children - kill them.
