Isn’t it a crime? Or isn’t it medical malpractice?
It's both. Where I live it be "Criminal Negligence Causing Death" and would also be subject to civil action.

What’s congress have to do with it?
Congress provides them with funding, ergo PP should be accountable to Congress. If you don't want to deal with Congressional oversight, don't accept the taxpayers' money.

I’m not sure what the medical requirements and regulations are now for abortion clinics, but I can say that in the ‘90’s the requirements were not the same as what hospitals and other clinics had to abide by. Advanced life support, emergency life saving equipment and surgical facilities, Oxygen, blood transfusions etc. were not required.

Numerous books were written by people who either witnessed or participated in, or researched women and families who became victim to the ‘safe abortion’ rhetoric, that were poo-pooed by the multi billion dollar industry of death.

I may have missed something along the way, but honestly, I don’t recall ever hearing about an abortion clinic which was successfully sued or shut down for unsafe practices.

I’ve been away from the pro-life camp for some time and so am not as familiar with the up to date numbers, persons, writings as I was in the past, or even the sentiments regarding abortion but I know this:

If you go back to pre-1974 and especially the 60’s, you will not find the numbers used to claim deaths from illegal abortions in order to justify the abortionists coming out of the closet to make their money legally. The number of deaths due to illegal abortions were much less than those which occured after abortions were legal.

Deaths occuring as a result of legal abortion are greatly covered up as is indicated in the OP article...she died at the hospital..

Often times she was shoved out the back door and sent home to die, or if she did go to the hospital, cause of death might be listed as ‘intra uterine bleed’ or uterine infection, but nothing said ‘as the result of abortion’ or the name of the clinic where the abortion occured.

The entire industry is deceptive and women are outright lied to as is the general public. When it comes to abortion, there is ALWAYS a victim. ALWAYS. The dead baby isn’t always the only victim. Sometimes there is no baby because the woman/young girl, isn’t pregnant, but the clinic collects the fee just the same, and the girl doesn’t know any different. Sometimes the abortion clinic staff itself is the victim of it’s own philosophies and practices.

I’ve counseled with staff who eventually suffered mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically as a result of their decisions to support abortion.

And those who haven’t had abortions also suffer..ie the general public at large, who doesn’t even get to benefit from the grown people they didn’t get to know, who might have been the ones with the ideas to save and protect this nation.

Women and children aren’t the only sufferers as a result of abortion. Men are greatly impacted also. If this entire subject were thoroughly explored, it would soon become apparent that abortion is the single worst tragedy any nation can impose upon itself, and more so for the USA, the only country in the world other than Israel, dedicated to G-d from it’s inception.

The consequences aren’t in the future, they exist now.
