Los Angeles police were called to a Chick-fil-A restaurant in Hollywood on Friday amid a national "kiss day" related to the company president's opposition to gay marriage.
Authorities said the call was prompted by a heavy media presence at the restaurant that was making it difficult for the business to operate. There were no problems related to protests.

“Officer, may I suggest using your nightstick?”
Though to be fair, it’s concervative media too.
Heidi Harris, a talking head with a show here in LA hit the Chick-Fil-A in Hollywood evidently with her whole crew and equipment in tow. As they were finishing their order - which she said was very nicely and professionaly taken - the manager became antsy and challenged them, evidently as they were about to drive to the pick-up window. Off-mike he evidently told them that he was concerned they were causing a stir, and that they should really let their employees just do their jobs. He was quickly mollified by Harris though, who took control quickly by stating their intent and IDing their operation as supportive. I don’t think that the fact they bought a lot of food to take back with them hurt their cause either. But poitive or not, they did cause a soomewhat of a ruckus.
It can work both ways with media presence.
