The horrific mass murder at a movie theater in Colorado on July 20 and another at a Sikh temple in Wisconsin on August 5 are the latest in an epidemic of such gun violence over the last three decades. Since 1982, there have been at least 58 mass murders* carried out with firearms across the country, with the killings unfolding in 30 states from Massachusetts to Hawaii. We've mapped them below, including details on the shooters' identities, the types of weapons they used, and the number of victims they injured and killed.
Of the 134 guns possessed by the killers, more than three quarters were obtained legally.

Tell her the Mexican drug cartels have plenty of illegal guns in Mexico, with plenty of mass murders to go along with them.
On average, more than 50 people die in the United States every year from lightning strikes. Being the victim of a shooting by a madman is less likely. What the libbies should focus on is the thousands of homicides that occur in indigo-blue cities, and why they occur.
As usual, Mother Jones creates a false premise from a immaterial fact. The mere fact that that society couldn’t see into the future and abort these “spree killers” before they were born is equally relevant.
I would LOVE to see the NRA offer to train the Sikhs in the safe and legal use of firearms to protect themselves.
This incident should prove to the Sikhs, and everyone else, that the police can not protect you from violence.
Citizens, trained and armed, are the only protection for their family and loved ones.

Muzzies in America are also strong for gun control. All those armed “infidels”, can’t have that. IIRC, in 2000 Al Gore made a play for the muzzie vote by calling for handgun registration. Said it would make them safer, being surrounded as they are by all us armed Bible thumping goobers. CAIR is for gun control but they don’t trumpet it. Wonder why?

It should always be pointed out to those who suggest this obvious fallacy that criminals will ALWAYS have weapons, stealing from police and national guard armories, if need be; leaving the populace unarmed in the circumstances is tantamount to murder.
The problem with these mass slayings is most certainly NOT that too many have firearms, but, rsther, that too few of the right sort of people have them.
Cars kill more people every year than guns. Should we make cars illegal too?
