IMO, you can’t reason with libs because they are too often driven by raw emotion. Whether the subject is abortion, union loyalties, race or the economy an overwhelming majority seem to be driven by love of power, greed, selfishness, envy and covetousness. These emotions eventually coalesce into a mindless hate that blinds them to all reason. They want to dispossess others of something they themselves did not have the discipline or intelligence to possess on their own.
My definition of liberals is that they are ignorant, arrogant bigots who must project their character flaws upon their betters to maintain their false sense of moral superiority.
Liberal’s main disease is truth decay. They must reject absolute truth to rationalize their ideas.
I consider people who choose their ideology over truth to be morally deficient.
Keen observations. As a former liberal I can tell you one way to really drive them nuts is to steal their thunder. They hate that. Liberal: “You’re a racist!’’. Conservative: Okay, what’s your point?’’. Liberal: “So you admit you’re a racist?’’ Now here’s the good part, like Christ replied to Pilate when he said to HIM, ‘’ But you’re the King of the Jews’’. Christ replied, “It’s you that say I am’’. You keep doing that to liberals and at first they’ll look at you dumb-founded and then they’ll repeat the charge. And you keep replying, “It’s you that say I am’’ and after a while they’ll give up. It’s not as if you’re ever going to win an argument with them because they can see reason so you’ve just got to keep stealing their thunder and render them speechless. Liberals aren’t used to being made to shut up.
