Obama mocks Akin, says Akin missed science class

NEW YORK (AP) -- President Barack Obama is mocking Senate candidate Todd Akin of Missouri for his remarks about a woman's body being able to avoid pregnancy during what Akin called a "legitimate rape."

Obama tells a group of donors in New York that the Republican congressman from Missouri "somehow missed science class" even though he sits on the House Committee on Science, Space and Technology.

There was an article in the Personal section of the WSJ that supports Adkin’s point of view. Basically it said that the female orgasm is a key part of successful conception. Therefore it is doubtful that that will occur in a rape situation, hence the less likely conception will occur.

Thankfully you here are presenting the facts about legitimate rape and pregnancy, just as Rep. Akin did a few days ago.

And it is Obama who failed to learn in science class that rape cannot result in pregnancy.
